Project briefs
My busy clients don’t always have time to develop a formal briefing sheet. So I prepare a project brief outlining the audience, objective, content and style. This way, we ensure the project’s on track right from the start.

Meetings at your convenience
When you’re briefing me on a new project, sometimes it’s easier for you if I’m there in person. That’s no problem. I’ll meet with you at your office, as long as you’re within a couple hours of Toronto – otherwise, by phone or skype. And I don’t build these hours into my fee.

 

No-charge revisions
I don’t charge for time spent on revisions. It’s my way of encouraging clients to request any changes at all, so you’re completely satisfied with every project.

Proofreading included
I do not charge for proofreading final design. So please take advantage of my excellent proofreading skills before you print or go live online.
